Thanks for commenting, and for the encouragement, for sure this is a sign of the times but it is also something that snuck in more and more into the sport we love, and it breaks my heart to see how little self reflection that seem to come back from the higher powers such as federations and other organisations.
The good thing is there seem to be more and more people noticing where we're heading and that's a good start.
